Bertucci's Express Lunch Pasta

Wow... time flies when you aren't posting. I had lunch today with Victor at Bertucci's. I had the mediocre rigatoni abruzzi: Roasted peppers and sweet Italian sausage in a mildly spicy plum tomato sauce. I knew it was mistake, but ordered it anyways. I don't think I've ever been satisfied with their pasta. I did my best to convince the waiter to have the ritatoni baked in the clay oven. He would have none of it. Victor had the lasagna and seemed to enjoy it. Probably the best part of the meal is salad and extra hot rolls that come free with lunch. Yummy steaming rolls dipped in olive oil, cheese, and spices.
