Saturday BBQ
Saturday night after the class, Ann and I debriefed for a couple hours... and then realized we were extremely hungry. We had a car on loan, so we headed to Arlington to get some downhome bbq at Blue Ribbon BBQ. We split the 1/2 Slab Platter with mashed potatoes and black-eyed corn. I was pleased that we were able to get a seat, as well as find easy parking in the Stop&Shop Supermarket across the street. Perfect end to the meal was the cornbread pudding - vanilla custard, maple syrup, and cornbread. What a yummy surprise!
